Totally agree. I felt bad for my 92 year old gramma in Buffalo. I know she watches every game and get really mad when they play like crap.

I think I'll give her a condolence call tonight so she can vent.

They haven't been the same since Boston (Lucich I think) pile drived Miller in net and the team collectively turtled. They are done, put a fork in em. Might be able to poach a D-man from them though.

Problem is when Sharp returns, one of Scott, Lepisto, Hayes, Shaw, Frolik, or Bickell will have to go from the Roster. I wouldn't want to lose any for nothing, but part of me thinks one of hayes or Shaw (likely Hayes) will be sent down becuase it's the easiest move.

And for those that didn't catch the Vs. Broadcast, after Toews' second goal, the graphic showed, and said, Brian Bickell...hence the pressbox comment.

Send Bickell down, so what someone claims him, whatevs he isn't worth much anyway.

You can't let Bickel go like that if he's going to get claimed that means he's worth something. If he's worth something you hold him for any value he has for the trade deadline deals you are trying to make.

Makes no sense to send production to the minors over someone who plays best in the pressbox.

That was his biggest contribution in weeks. Problem for him lately is that he wouldn't even be in that area to score that type of goal. He seems to shy away from contact and the dirty areas anymore. Press box is a great place for him until he gtes his head out of his ass. How many messages do you have to send this kid before he 'gets it'?

That was painful to watch, Buffalo's performance I mean. I feel bad for my friends that are Sabres fans. They have so much talent on that team but they look like they need a new leader. They also need to be more agressive defensively in their own zone. They basically just watched our guys skate and pass the puck through the middle of the slot all night.

Production? Ben Smith? He hasn't been bad per se? But what production are you losing? If he has any trade value you lose more on Bickel in waivers than you do sending a guy like Smith down who doesn't have to pass waivers. PLUS, whoever stays isn't going to play basically at all if Sharp is healthy. So you send down Smith to get ice time. Makes sense to me. Who knows maybe him getting ice time will keep his value up at the trade deadline too. Keeping smith here if he's going to be scratched because of how well others are playing doesn't make a lot of sense.

Originally you said Hayes I thought. Then someone said Smith. Yeah I'm cool with sending Smith down but if my choice is sending Hayes or Bickell down. **** it I'll send Bickell down, someone wants to pick him off waivers then by all means do so. Hayes is producing Bickell...Bickell produces annoyed hockey fans.

Ahh, I didn't see where someone said send Hayes. Nope, him and Shaw stay till they hit the wall.

Still his answer is suspicious I mean he said he forgot about Smith but he still inferred he'd send Hayes down before Bickell. That's crucify worthy to me.

It would be dumb to send Hayes or Shaw down when Sharp comes back. This team has more speed and spark to them with them playing and feel like the Chemistry is also there. Hell as Big as Hayes is try him at center. If Smith goes down fine.

I say we send Shaw and Hayes to the All-Star and have them beat up the Sedins. They are that cool that they could fight in the All-star game
