Everyone should know I was a huge Cutler fanboy to the point I would make up any excuse for the guy but if you were to ask me about Cutler now I wouldn’t be bothered to say Cutler was an average QB with insane potential he never used. Dbldrew won’t admit he is wrong even in the face of him looking foolish, then he makes it worse by playing the victim role while acting like an ass

So telling him the once he is, in your opinion (factually or otherwise) wrong, then that should be it, shouldn't it?

Thanks for caring though! Even if your empathy is one sided, I'm sure dbldrew appreciates having an ally and brother in terrible football takes and thoughts.

I have just asked questions of why he is perceived as wrong and why the persistent berating. My view of caring is for both sides. My empathy will only go so far, otherwise being contrary when faced with fact would place me in the same situation as is being highlighted around him, wouldn't it?

My football takes and thoughts will often ask questions I want answers to, and then for me to form an opinion after that.

I spent hours on here, ten years ago, acting like I knew all, until I was wrong about a whole heap of football stuff. You, grow, don't you?

Define "adult" Seems to me that is ones opinion no? Seems to me that offering up one's opinion on a situation and then claiming to not know specifics would be inserting oneself into arbitrary arguments for no reason at all? Also adding a question mark after every passive aggressive statement makes one feel above it all no?

I don't know of the history between you and the other poster, I don't follow every back and forth on the site. I mean this thread is made by you about them so there is enough information for me to go on that you wanted, with others, to berate him.

I ask questions, I add a question mark. I'm not above anyone, that's clearly your infliction.

People do takes things personal and its very bizarre when its about a stranger on a football team. To your point about 2 trolls, I wouldn't specifically say that I'm a troll. Although I do troll the people I have on ignore with @ them. Nothing irritates a troll more then reminding them that you cant see their troll posts directed at you. Is that childish? yeah a little I suppose.

But other then that all I do is talk football and post my opinion and back it up. That really seems to make people angry for some reason, I think its being able to back it up that makes them so mad. The lengths people are going with digging up old threads is crazy. Have I been critical of Fields? yes no doubt but also have praised him when he has done well, I said multiple times that he is elite at running, I have said that I really liked the Packers game he played. But I'm also honest and Fields has a LONG way to go in the passing department. That makes people crazy for some reason.

It doesnt help that the attempted attacks on me by digging up old threads seem to backfire. I mean they brought up Jimmy G.. a "bad" QB that I liked and didn't realize that Fields needs another 1000 yards and 12 more TD the next 2 games to match, Of course I'm going to point that out.. which made them even more angry so more digging and finding a Barkley thread lol

And that one didnt work either, I was hopeful that Barkley continued to play well because the Draft is a crapshoot.. what happened Barkley stopped playing well and I dropped talking about him and we failed in the draft. so again point that out and here we are in this thread, which I'm assuming they are now going down the racist route because they ran out of talking points? Which is why I have them on ignore.

Thats one thing I'm not putting up with, people can insult me call me a homer an idiot whatever.. Me and Remy have been calling each other idiots and morons for years, but you resort to the racist angle? yep not interested in having anything to do with you..

I used to, still do sometimes, age and maturing helps in that process, although you wouldn't know it with some on here.

I don't agree with you on some of the things you have posted, but that's your prerogative, as Remy has said about opinions and the freedom of thought stuff, and as far as your posting history goes, it's just that. I have no idea if people want you to own stuff you posted previously, it's the done thing in society today.

I hope Fields is the QB that takes the Bears back to challenging season after season. I'm not as invested in his numbers as others are, I made the fucking stupid point earlier in the season when he was struggling (like the whole team) that he needed to be better, Trevor S might come in and do a better job leading to a QB controversy and as it turned out I was wrong on all points, Trevor S is dogshit, has a noodle arm and Fields is a leader of men. Sometimes you just get it wrong.

I'm not a fan of racists, unless you're hiding your leaning, I don't think you're a racist and I don't like the insinuation that in this case, you are. I made the mistake earlier in the year of baselessly making a similar claim about another poster without the facts. It's a slippery slope.
