Let’s not get carried away. Mitch has proven he could win games. He’s not great. Hell, he’s not even very good. But he’s not atrocious either. He’s a very low end NFL starter. Obviously not a good situation to be in.

So tell me how that has improved LV? Bears have now made the playoffs in 2 out of 3 years. Raiders regressed this season and are no closer to being a playoff team than they were last year. Not sure how "smart" someone looks after a third losing season. More of CCS logic I suppose. Is Jonathan Jacobs being a middling back and missing the playoffs for 3 straight years a good thing?

You say you would rather be the Raiders, who will probably have a double digit loss season in 2021, than a team that has actually made the postseason(twice regardless of how its done) ?
