The issue is that NCAA seems almost compliant with what was going at Miami. The NCAA knows how it is getting paid, and it is through dirty money by the rules it imposes. It isn't in anyone's interest to fix the problem which is why it continues to go on, and then we have to act shocked and outraged when teams are "caught" breaking the rules.

i wouldnt say that totally, but i feel the NCAA is not inclined in any way to change their system, nor do they seem to have any concern towards a lot of these ongoing problems, not to mention i dont think the NCAA has an equal policy for every team...maybe its just my observation though

Well it clearly isn't in the interest of either the NCAA or the NFL to fix the current system.

You can't take the scumbag agents out of college football because there's too much money at the next level. I think whether you start paying players a small stipend or not, agents are still going to have an on camps presence in order to try to land a big time client.

Anyone know if Hester ended up going with Shapiros agency?
