How can you call a pitching coach who has raised his pitchers K/9 and lowered their BB/9 over the last 9 years worthless? We've been the most dominant K'ing team the last decade.

omfg! shut up about rothschild and the k's. jesus christ already

What does this even mean? The only thing they have in common is that they are from Japan.

They were both terribly overrated. I think the biggest problem with Fukodome is the fact he doesn't hit enough flyballs if he did that some of those flyballs would turn into HR's at wrigley when the wind blows out, because usually when he hits one you know it is going out just by the sound of the bat and the way it looked off the bat. Fukodome is more of a bench player than everyday starter, because of the way he can come off the bench and if he even doesn't get a hit he usually can get a few balls out the pitcher and can run up a pitch count.

Very true. Except he gets paid like he should be one of the stars of this team.

The experiment of going to find talent in Japan is nearing an end. Besides Ichiro, who is obviously special, there hasn't been very much since. The temptation is there, because you just love their potential, but, not much comes from it. They use smaller balls in Japan, the pitching is weaker and i believe most stadiums are bigger, which is perfect for gap hitters.

It's like going to a club, finding a girl on the dance floor. Great body and a very nice face. And after knowing her and grinding on her for 30 minutes, she wants to go home with you. Deep down, you know, she's probably not a good idea for a long term relationship and probably a whore, but, the temptation is there to find out for sure and at very least, you'll get a first hand look. So you take her home.

The first sentence of the article makes no sense whatsoever.

"Alastair Ingram of the FenwayFaithReport.com reported that the Red Sox could in deed look to trade Daisuke Matsuzaka this off season."

No shit they could trade Matsuzaka. This guy ain't reporting shit. Not many players in all of baseball are untouchable, let alone a very overrated pitcher. If they have started trade talks with teams, and he learned about, then he'll be reporting shit. This is just speculation.

And putting the Cubs into the mix, is just even more speculation from a guy who doesn't know one ounce about the Cubs. He just knows we sucked and have money, thus made sense.
