Eventually plan on finishing a basement bathroom install. I am yr 3 on project, do have a working toilet and floor tile in, but tub/shower, drywall, and sink haven's been installed yet. Daughter and grandchild moved in and just not enough room to work with all their shit.

I’m working on a saiga 12 sbs project. Lots of work to do to complete especially since all original Russian stuff are banned from imports thanks to the fake Russia probe. Might be able to finish things this week been an over a year project

Building is fun but expensive. The first time the rebuilt engine starts is sweet. Sounds fun but so does a resto-mod.

i've got 25000 to blow
that gets me something pretty good for maybe 19000 to 22000 with some thousands left to customize short term for me.
that is more enticing than this hideous thing I am bidding on.

I think even if I win the bid, I might just clean and flip it. It's coming from Pontiac, Michigan and I am sure I could at least break even after shipping locally. This thing is a real turd. I'd pretty much use it for parts. I wish I never bid on it.

I just redid my bathroom for dirt cheap and am putting the leftover cash in to my garage/shed.

My garage is not huge, space is at a premium.
I have a shed right behind the garage with room to grow.
Going to extend the shed a little, put my air compressor and storage tanks back there, pull the central vacuum system out of the house because I never use it, and reinstall I nbn in the shed.
Going to wire them to switches in the garage, run the hoses to a couple points inside, and have a pressure dial for the compressor mounted to the connection points.
I also have a spare furnace fan I use to create positive or negative pressure set up by a window, and I am going to move that in the the shed and run the ventilation from there as well.

Going to save a ton of room this way. Getting the shop vac, compressor, fans, storage tanks and all the shit that goes with it out of my way will free up the entire back wall of the garage, not to mention the extra storage space along the new wal space of the shed.

Starting to design our last house. Really fun. Any builders here? One level, 2200 sq ft, 3 car garage with a tall bay and a dog wash in the laundry room

Only live once. Can't give all the money to the kids. Going to have a giant great room open to the kitchen.

Rango may not like this but want an Elkhound pup. They kill everything
