I got one for Christmas and did it, albeit hesitantly, found out what I already knew.
Bunch of German and UK. The other bits were mainly a giant mix of European.

My son got 23 and me's for the rest of the family for Christmas last year. No big surprises, turns out I'm 97% Scandinavian/Northern European, which we already knew.
The only point of interest was that my particular genetic haplotype originated in Doggerland, a place that no longer exists.
