Do Guys Like To Go To Spas?

I was watching Tyra and the topic was parents who take their children to spas for facials and massages and manicures and pedicures. One little boy around age 7 goes to the spa every Friday and he loves it. I think back growing up and I can only think of one guy I knew that might enjoy something like that. I can't believe this kid isn't gettin' his ass kicked by all his friends. I never thought of this as something guys would enjoy. I've never even been to one. Do guys like to do this? I don't mean occasionally, I mean on a regular basis.

I've never been to a spa so I don't know. I know some guys like to be pampered and stuff, but I'm not that guy. I'm sure some of these guys will make dirty jokes. But I don't like spa stuff.

yeah Ive never been, Ive never even gotten a massage or anything. I can think of much better ways to spend the money, so i don't think you will ever see me at the spa. ****, I cut my own hair even(cut is a relative term, more like grab the buzzer and have at it basic training style), so i dont even go to the damn super cuts for a wash and a haircut.

I do my own nails and mine are real not fake. I am totally capable of giving myself a facial if I need it and although I loved being massaged I would never feel comfortable with a stranger doing it.

I would do a spa. No one has ever paid for it though for me. I just don't feel like paying.

Some how I can see this one quickly getting de-railed. As was said before, to each his own, whether striaght or not. I personally have never been, nor do I ever plan on going. I have, as a gift, gotten my wife a trip to the spa, actually it was for my wife, mom and sisters, prior to the last one's wedding. Truth be known, I didn't know I was paying for it, but damn did it get me some brownie points with Mom.

I dont go often, but I have gone to the spas on the few cruises I have been on. I personally love em. I dont do like manicures or anything but for most of the rest of it? I had a blast.

I had a friend that was a massage person (I aint even attempting to spell it) and my back was bothering me so I paid her to give me one and yeah I could see the appeal of a spa just to get the massage

That is someone who has more money then sh eknows what to do with. Not only no, but hell no I would not take Christian to a spa. $700 a month? there are more constructive things to spend that kind of money on him.

My wife goes 4-5 times a year now, more for the pedicures, manicures and facial treatments than the massage. The 1st time she went she was uncomfortable with the idea of a stranger giving her a massage so I went with her and we got the couples massage. The massage was nice, but I can't see dropping $50-75 on a regular basis for it.

$700 a month in spas tells me the lady was loaded and money is no object for her. Just another spoiled kid.

I've gotten a massage a few times over the years. There is a First Institute school near me and you can get an hour massage for $30 from a student. You can also request a male of female. Not a bad deal.

You have to have a woman do it if you're a guy. No way in the world would I get a massage from a guy even if he's straight - it would creep me out.
