Here’s how I would do it:The reason no one will even attempt ANY tangible metric is because they don't really believe it.
Rank the top 100 WRs in the NFL, based on skillset. Production will obviously play a factor, but it is ultimately an opinion. Once you have your power ranking of all 100, add up the ranking for each team’s top three WRs. The team with the lowest score would have the best WR room in the league.
The hardest part would be figuring out where to slot the rookies who were just drafted. Again, it’s obviously an opinion, but you’d have to decide where you think they’d fit in to the overall ranking.
