Boozer and Noah disagree.

I find it odd this article comes out when Bosh played some of his best basketball in the playoffs outside of games 1 and 3 in the Boston series.. Averaging 18.5 and 7 in the Finals isn't exactly that bad.

Round 1(Phi):19.8-9

Round 2(Bos): 12.8-10.2(games 1 and 3 killed him here) In Games 2, 4, and 5 he averaged 17-11.3

ECF(Chi): 23.2-7.6

Finals(Dal): 18.5-7.3

Playoffs Overall: 18.6-8.5. That's really good IMO on a team with two other really good scorers in LeBron and Wade and along with James and Wade who rebound really well for their positions you have Haslem as well taking up rebounds.

Boozer is worthless anyway and Noah isn't even an all-star.

its funny because boozer's defense negates noah's defense in a way..and vice versa on offense

they're not really a functional unit right now imo

I think that if they were ever on the court long enough to develop chemistry that that might change, but as it is, you're right.

The Heat were the "Big One" in the Finals (Wade)

ehhh i kinda disagree with that...bosh played pretty well in the finals and made some big shots

although compared to the other two wade was in a league of his own i guess..he always seems to play well in the finals

Bosh is the type of guy that can have really rough games if the defense focuses on him. He's not overly crafty and he's super streaky for a big imo. But w/ Wade and LeBron, he can get open. He's capable of several big games, but I don't think he'll ever be a true all-star again. He'll get voted in, but not deservedly over others.

I agree, but when you have someone like Shaq who always says attention whorish things, people piggy back on his comments, even if it is only made because he just doesn't like Bosh. People will try to find some validity in his statements anyway, when there isn't any at all.

Ha. Yep. Noah isn't even an all-star and neiter is Deng.

Good thing we didn't trade two non-all stars for Carmelo.

Chemistry isn't going to let them change their games. Chemistry won't make Boozer better at defense or make people respect Noah's game to the point where they have to guard him.

This again?

Carmelo wouldn't've signed an extension with the Bulls in the first place. And even if he would've (not happening), the Bulls would have had no chance at a title this season. And regardless of anyone's opinion, the Bulls DID have a chance to beat Miami and Dallas. If Haslem and Miller were still hurt in the ECF, the Bulls could have easily taken that series and gone onto face Dallas (who Deng and Noah cause mismatches against).

Chris Bosh doesn't deserve to be in the same sentence as Wade or James. He's not even top 5 at his own position; Wade and James are top 3-4 players in the NBA.

Rami, you don't think that the Bulls would have made Melo sign-and-trade to Chicago? The Bulls have done pretty stupid things, but GarPax I believe would have forced a sign-and-trade for Melo?

Melo had the veto power because it was purely up to him whether or not he was going to sign an extension. And his people publicly stated that he would only sign an extension with the Knicks.

I don't think the trade was worth the risk on the Bulls' end. Their line-up would have been

Asik, Thomas
Boozer, Gibson
Brewer, Bogans
Korver, Watson
Rose

That would have been suicide for their team as title contenders. I know FT is going to say 'well they ended up losing anyway' but at the time, nobody knew that they were going to lose. They had a legitimate chance to make a run at the title and it didn't end up happening.

Yeah I agree, all the Carmelo fans need to look at his playoff record before they wanna call him a true superstar. I would call him a star. When Carmelo isn't scoring, he would virtually has no impact on the game. Highly overrated as an overall player. But I will give him this, when he wants to play and rebound and try to defend, he can. But I only really see him play like that against LeBron, he always put it to LeBron. But he doesn't do that every night, just like his old teammate, JR Smith lol.

Carmelo has talent, no doubt. But he is playing for hisself, not for the team. and he is not defensive minded like CODE_BLUE56 has mentioned. He is also don't have court vision to assist his mates. Talent with no hardworking is 0 result. that is my view about it.
