We gotta go all out for Josh McDaniels. I think he made the right move going back to New England and staying there for a while. I believe he will be a great HC now.

Not sure about a HC. I don't think that's really his personality. But if Pace hired a new HC, and they wanted to keep Vic aboard, then yeah I think he could absolutely be successful. Especially with a healthier unit, and with some new additions in free agency/draft. He's still one of the best DC's in the game.

I hope he would stay on as DC, because I want an offense-minded HC to pick our next QB of the future. If we can keep one QB in the same system for a decade I imagine we would have far fewer things to complain about every offseason

Don't be daft. Fox gets canned and Fangio goes with him. I'm more likely to win the lottery than would the next HC retain Fangio. Who ever it is will want his own staff.
