Calm down... im sure all the colors will basically tie back to the same circumstances for the characters... just pick your favorite.... or maybe some weird Star Child will show up and pick for you this time?

I believe while it won't be related to Shepard, it's going to be true to the ME universe. Apparently character detail will be... insane. According to a tweet.

They have not said yet when it will take place. But they have said over and over that its a totally new story.

I mean it has to be entirely detached from the original trilogy story.... there is no way around that.
I am sure whatever they create will be interesting.
