So coaches who happen to have great players can't get credit when their teams are playing really well?
So you think Phil Jackson, Joe Torre, and Joel Quenneville are overrated then?
The reason I off and on post here is because of posts like this.
I said it doesn't make them bad coaches. Read the entire post instead of jumping on the first thing you disagree with. Don't put words in my mouth either. Doc was pretty mediocre before Ray Allen and KG signed. Then he started winning.
I'll take a guy that wins with absolute scrubs over a guy the is above average with great players....
