Their is not much take home pay from my wifes check after all the ways we set up her investments wth a 401 k
and her Health Savings Account ( insurance ). If the company matches 100 percent of her family Health Savings Account to a certain dollar, thats where we take advantage of that .

Well, I'm with Vanguard and they are one of the best Wealth Management firms in the world. If you look at Vanguard mutual funds they are some of the best returns in the world.

Are there better returns? Maybe on a yearly basis but long terms Vanguard is about as good as one can reasonably expect

My managed costs are 30 basis points, which is hardly the rip off you describe

What's your alternative?

!. Mezzanine debt
2. Commercial real estate
3. Private corporate equity
4. Residential real estate

How many times must you be reminded you don't have shit for money or brains, stop dispensing investment advice when you only know dick.

I'm about to drop some into the vanguard dividend growth(VDIGX).
I challenge you to really look into the vanguard emerging markets fund. IMO, your money works better in bonds or redistributed back into your other 3 vanguards. Sure, diversification I get it but i like vanguards REIT fund better than emerging markets.

China and India's market is going to surpass America in the next 20 years so I honestly feel very good about that one tbh. I'm young so I have very little interest in any bonds. The Vanguard REIT fund is intriguing to me though, I'll look into it

So what? I stopped working FT at 50. Neither is necessarily reflective investment accumen or intelligence. Quit kidding yourself.

Hardly idiot. If you actually could read you would know that the actual age people retire is creepy up towards 70 and that most folks have virtually nothing saved.

Here is an article that says the mean savings at retirement for 50% of Americans was $59k. Moron, learn to research

https://smartasset.com/retirement/average-retirement-savings-are-you-normal

Average net worth is 45k lmao. That is putrid. Yet all those people probably have the latest iPhones and lease a 60k truck. Idiots

I feel sorry for them. Saving for retirement takes a lot of discipline. One thing I did was pay off my house by the time I was 42. It saved me tons of interest and allowed me to dedicate the monthly mortgage amount to other things. I also started a fund for my daughter that paid for private HS, college and her wedding. I'm now working on a college account for her daughter. Just takes a lot of willpower and some luck

This is why I've always wondered why some men want their wives to stay home. Can you raise a family on 45K/year these days?

Edit: my wife was my greatest investment. Best passive income

Good way to live. How's that dog?

He's a good dog. We can leave him in the house all day and nothing will get destroyed . He's just a solid powerfull brute. Very protective.
