I believe he was really good with the Giants. I know he was a monster at UNC, just had character issues and took gifts and partied a lot.

Teams don't cut 2nd rounders simply due to injury that early in their career (unless they refuse to rehab properly). There is clearly something else going on there.

If we still had Marinelli......."The DT Whisperer".....it's a no brainer....bring him in and let him get coached up. But it sounds like he's not exactly a "plug n' play" kinda hire....he will need attitude adjustment...at a minimum.

Sounds like he had some injury issues in 2012 with his back and leg. Then, didn't show much with the Giants in camp this season. He'd be long shot, but maybe worth a try. However, do we need to fill the spot left by Williams with someone that can play special teams?
