Yeah, fans hope that those third day picks develop quickly, but there is a reason why those picks last that long on draft day. It is rare that one of these picks has any kind of rookie impact.

That's great but the pads matter most for the guys in the trenches. He has natural ability but we'll know more on Monday and over the preseason games. I expect he'll play a lot in place of Quinn in the preseason which will give him a ton of time to grow.

Its a great sign, but I'll wait until they put pads on this Tuesday. Pass rushers always have the advantage w/o pads....however....still a good thing.
