I am as big a MT fan as there is on here. But calm the fuck down on calling guys out.

1) It was one good game. You all look stupid after saying a few good games were not enough to crown Mahomes or Watson, but it now becomes a Mitch validation
2) He will have more bad games and I am fine with that. HE will not become instant shit again when he does.
3) This is about the long haul, I have always thought MT would be the best QB in his class long term. No one knows how that will shake out, but just be happy it looks much more likely after yesterdays showing.

If you really feel the need to #calledit, bookmark your posts and 3 years from now, e masterbate all over CCS, when MT is being sized for his 2nd SB ring.

It's amazing how much difficulty this board has in objectively evaluating a players performance on a week to week basis. Last week against AZ, Trubisky was complete shit. He deserved every bit of criticism he received. This week he was a boss and deserves all the praise he will receive. I fully expect this up and down play to continue throughout the year.

Respectfully, but I think the buzz from we who were preaching patience and not slinging insults or searching for suicide props is that it’s been NONSTOP Mitch hate that he just didn’t deserve.

I understand the incessant Chicago PTSD don’t want to get hopes up so play pessimistic card to avoid pain from fall bullshit, but it was embarrassingly incessant and brutal.

I won’t be calling anyone out cause I don’t care enough to, but I will say to all who want to say ‘in your face’ and now ‘shut the fuck up’—clap clap clap!

I ENJOYED the Bears yesterday. The team. Not just MACK, not just Trubs, Cohen, Nagy... the team.

Am I ready to ‘crown their asses’—sure. I will crown them with the good fucking all runs game people. And keep up the progress!

Now — we wait n watch.

There’s really only a few things to take away from Mitch’s game.
1. Mitch is starting to throw guys open and trusting they’ll get to the spot.
2. When given time he can read the field.
3. When given time he’s accurate
So now we wait to see how he does when he doesn’t have nearly unlimited time to throw. Does he find his hot receiver on a blitz?
Still a work in progress but the returns look promising

Anyone not 14, a troll, or with a modest amount of football intelligence knows it will be another yr or 2 before knowing fully what you have at QB, never more true than with a guy that had 13 college starts and whose first year was under an irrelevant offense and coaching staff. Even at that, I don't get the validation of #calledit's or call outs.

I play the role of 51 year old, since 1980 die hard fan! I teach 14 year olds, so I do understand that sometimes they just need to vent.
