I hate to be that guy that blames officials...but for fucks sake, it literally felt like a holding flag could have been thrown against the Bills on about 70% of the snaps. A win is a win so whatever, but the officiating seemed pretty bad to me today.

Refs didn’t want to see a game that was 147-3.

He was held. A lot. Its like the refs decided they were going to let the Bills' offensive line hold without consequence nearly the whole game.

Maybe, but he also hit the QB on his head at least 2 plays that weren't called, so let's call it a wash...

I liked Floyds play today
I liked Jasckons play today a lot!(shot out Sculpt)

Leno and his 3 false starts make me think he may have developed turrets

Nagy is still too god damn cute in the RZ

Lynch has a hell of a air hump gyration finish move

Trubisky still over throws but is now inducing PI on the play which is the name of the game and I like that progression. Is that coached by WR units???

Most announcers suck

Jordan Howard never got a rhythm yet still produced
Tarik cohen runs more yards eat/west than north/south

Buffalo Bills suck

thats it.
Bear Down. Fun game today. It was good hanging around in the chi City Sports Game thread today

Howard had a nice TD run, but other than an 18 yard run, he had 13 carries for 29 yards otherwise.

Roquan had 13 tackles but two whiffs I recall.

The Bears got ahead 28 and still only allowed dink and dunk all day.

If you're going to remove stats from someone's production at least do them the courtesy of pointing out that the offensive line was playing like shit today. Nagy and company have still not figured out how to get this offensive line run blocking with any level of consistency. Further compounding the fuckery is the fact we still are having to trot out Sims as a fucking blocker.

Only reason Buffalo even scored a touchdown was a bogus face mask call that gave them a first down.

A bogus call? More like at least two bogus calls. The so called PI on Amukamara in the end zone was anything but PI and the god damned ref was standing right fucking there staring at them.

I know officiating is universally bad because they apparently hire only mouth breathers but today was on a whole other level.

It's weird because the bears killed the spread,so if ever there is a gambling fix it wasnt today; it was simply horrible officiating.

But whatever... The bears owned this bitch ass Buffalo team and it was a good win against a team they were supposed to beat... and they fucked them up short staffed!.

Bear down and hats off for clocking a team that we should have clocked.

I love it... and I'm still drunk

I dont think that is Nagys' bag though? Nagy is gonna triple reverse at the goal line because that is who he is.

Jordan Howard has a place in this offense but it ain't gonna be 20 plus runs per week with any sort of consistency.

And run blocking? Well christ that might not ever happen in this spread offense. This line is supposed to pass protect and any positive run yardage is a credit to Howard and Cohen until each lineman learns his stunts.

Howard had 2 TDs despite never being in a rhythm. My point is for a workhorse 1000 yard back like Howard, he made the most of his random BS carries for 2 scores and was a vital player on this team today.

Cohen, not so much besides his Punt return.

I will absolutely attest to the fact we suck at run blocking. And that was not just today. And with Long out, it won't get better any time soon. OL is an area of need going forward to say the least.

Howard had one strong run for a TD that was very nice to see. He also had a TD from the one through a huge hole. Nothing wrong with that, but it was a walk in. I just think the "rhythm" comment is an excuse people make for a player they like not doing much.

I am not trying to constantly dog Howard himself. But it seems so many here constantly praise him for less than average play, and only say the OL sucks on running plays, while our QB is running for his life all day. Mitch didn't have many clean pockets to throw in, so he wasn't afforded rhythm either.

It was very nice to see Howard get the TDs, and I loved his second one.

Huh? You can't compare a quarterback's offensive line struggles to a runningback's. Its not a fair comparison at all. The quarterback touches the ball on nearly every single play and can scramble. The RB only gets his touches and is entirely dependent on his blocking to produce. This offensive line is pass blocking FAR better than it is run blocking. And that is a commentary on the season not just the game.

The dude that replaced Long got pancaked so hard on that 3 and 1 where Howard got stuffed.

I wasn't drunk. I was just sniffing glue all day long.

The kid never got a chance to get in rhythm today. But I had a thought. Cutler was our QB for 8 years. Trubisky is the present and the future. People should be getting used to him by now. Because he's so much better than Cutler.

Today was kind of like watching a Lovie-era game. Defense was bad ass. But in the Lovie-era, I feel like we'd win that game 20-3. I'm good with 41-9. We brought some offense, too!

Trevathan and Smith are awesome. Smith whiffed on a couple of tackles. But his arrow is pointing WAY up. He looks like a veteran out there 90% of the time.

I'm stoked that Jordan Howard has 4 TDs in the last 2 weeks. I wish we'd stop running out of shotgun. It looks so awkward. But if Howard has a bigger role in this offense going forward, i'm all about it.

That was the most poorly officiated game I've seen in a long time. I'm so glad that game wasn't close. I would have been freaking out. Fuck shitty refs.
