If we lose the games against the Heat and the Pacers on the road both AND the Heat win all remaining 6...We are #2 in the East. If we beat the Pacers and lose 2 games Or am I wrong? **** you must be 100% focused in every game. One bad lose against the Wizzards and our #1 seed is in danger. The really ugly thing is that it is an Eastern Conference team and it counts if we tie with the Heat. lol

Mind you we play Dallas as well.

Boston will know if they are 4th seed by the time they play Miami and likely will rest all their starters. Miami will not if they have a shot at #1.

We beat the Bobcats and then play against the Heat. If we win we are first if we lose we must win 3-3 to remain 1st or 2-3 but don't lose a game against an eastern conference team.

This is my take on the #1 seed. I didn't project the games for argument just trying to be as honest and fair as possible. Depending on the bulls lineup in that Heat game the outcome can easily change but i feel if they start everyone they win that game. The pacers loss is just another bad effort. Any of this can go either way however, hell OKC could lose to the Clippers tonight.

OKC Remaining Games: Current Record 44-16. Final Record: 48-17
@Clippers-W
@Phoenix-W
@Lakers-L
vs Kings-W
vs Denver-W

CHI Remaining Games: Current Record: 46-15. Final Record 49-16 (secures #1 seed)
@Bobcats-W
@Heat-L
vs Dallas-W
@Pacers-L
vs Cavs-W
------------------------------------
I dont see the heat trying to take the #1 seed from us, however they have a cake walk schedule for the most part.

1.The thunder may lose today so we are lucky in that.
2.Why the hell won't the heat try to take the #1 seed from us??? Are they polite or sth? Or do they want to play more games on the road against us that may cost them the championship? They didn't manage to beat us in the UC when we were playing with our second unit. If they beat us there is no chance in hell for them not playing hard to get the #1 seed hoping for a Bulls upset in the remaining games.
3.Why the W-L-W-L-W for the bulls secures the #1 seed? If we lose 2 games and 2 of them against Eastern conference teams our record will be the same with the Heat and our record against Eastern conference teams will be worse. Se if I am not wrong that means #2 seed.

OKC did lose. Also if we tie with Miami, Miami will hold the tiebreaker from everything I've heard.

Aren't they like 10-1 without Wade?

I'm not sure but they nearly lost to the nets last night we will see.

And we DID lose to the Pistons. Have also lost to the Nets and nearly lost to the Pistons.

As some folks will tell you on the regular season games against the Heat, they mean nothing. The same thing applies against crappy teams.

And looking it up, the Heat are 12-1 without Wade this year.

Now you know, regular season wins vs. the heat mean nothing, while regular season losses to crappy teams means everything.

says who? Who amongst the group who said the Bulls/Heat game didn't mean very much suggests that Bulls/Pistons or other games means everything?

By the way, the Bulls/Heat game proved that the Heat have issues...not that the Bulls are a LOT better...because they are not.

That's how trolls treat it. Diminish the wins, blow up the losses.

I agree with that, but I wasn't just talking about this site. Go over NBA forums in general and those sentiments are expressed.

That's where I get that from.

With or without losing to the wizards is a red flag.

No it isn't.

The heat dropped two to the bucks, the Knicks lost to the Bobcats and so did 6 other teams. It happens.

Being outplayed by sub .500 teams twice in a row isn't a cause for concern? It may not be for you but it is for plenty of other bulls fans.
The bobcats are still a professional team so they are bound to win some games. And the heat lost to a team fighting for a playoff spot.

Umm NO the Bulls were playing without their two best players so it's not a red flag.
