He had some Dogs on that defense too. Seemed like they should have been better than their rankings

He tried to replicate that same thing in Chicago by trying to make Dexter another DeForest Buckner with a space eating SHADE.

Hopefully the Bears add a more traditional DT tandem or at least a more prototypical 3 TECHNIQUE.

Having a true hell raiser at 3 TECH instead of a solid player like Dexter whos average at best against the run will be the difference between being a top 5 unit, or somewhere around the 10th where Eberflus's defenses typically rank.

It's also good for the McCaskeys who really opened up the checkbook for the new coaching staff and now have Jerry Jones offsetting the cost of having Matt Eberflus not coach for the Chicago Bears any longer.
