Nagy actually said in his presser that he was looking for leaders on the team to step up. He said a coach can only say so much, and he was interested to see how the team leaders respond.
He is struggling, and his presser was not confidence building. But 1.5 seasons is just not enough for a coach to install his system. I think Nagy and Pace are here for the foreseeable future.
