They had to wait till he was healthy or I think they would have had to pay an injury settlement. (or some crap like that, I know he needed to pass the physical first)

No big surprises, being cool to let them explore other options before camp. None of these guys have contributed much of anything. Royal should probably retire, but I wouldn't doubt someone signs him at the minimum. Sutton will probably be signed by someone. I don't know if anyone really knows who Edison is.
