Dude is an absolute gigantic asshole who alienates every coach and player he comes into contact with.

Dude got in a literal shoving match with:

*Patrick Mahomes
*Travis Kelce
*Andy Reid

If it works out, awesome. Great.

The overwhelming likelihood, though, is that he just pisses everyone off.

That has to be the snarkiest article I’ve ever read written by a complete nobody.

I’ll never get back that valuable two minutes.

Eric Bieniemy Talked to KC Chiefs Prior to AFC Championship Game

Quarterback Patrick Mahomes praised him for his energy and passion, indicating that Bieniemy speaking to the players got everyone excited for the conference title game.

"It's always great to have EB in the building," Mahomes said. "Just being there, the energy he brings and the mentality he brings, you can feel it. He has that intensity, but he loves it. He loves being there, he loves being a part of the team and being a part of that culture. Just having him back in the building was really cool. Listening to him talk and his energy, you could ask guys, I think guys had a little bit of chill-bumps like, 'EB's back here.' Obviously, he didn't get that head coaching opportunity, but I'm excited for him to continue to coach football and continue to make his impact on the game."

Kansas City Chiefs players speak up for ex-coordinator Eric Bieniemy

Second-year wide receiver Skyy Moore was used to EB’s style of coaching.

“It was normal to me,” Moore said. “My wide receiver coach, Coach Harbaugh, coached exactly like EB.”

“It’s always good to have those type of coaches because those coaches that like when everything, you know, everything sinks down when it’s the fourth quarter, game [is] on the line, you kind of like sink to the level of your training that he’s pushing.”

-Skyy Moore

Guard Trey Smith remembered his first conversation with Bieniemy in the Chiefs’ cafeteria.

“He’d been following my career from an early time. One of the coaches at Tennessee, they knew each other way back in the day,” Smith said.

“From day one, EB sort of encouraged me. Like, you know, ‘you have a bright future, man. You just got to keep working.’ Then from there obviously as practice rolled on, I might have a hiccup here or miss here, he’s going to get on me, but then he talks to me about, ‘okay, this is why I’m getting on. I want you to be the best. I want you to be a great player, you know?’

“So my relationship with EB was always great. He’s very demanding as a coach because he knows and believes in us as young men, as young players. He knows how well we can be.”

-Trey Smith

I like it. I didn’t want him as HC or OC a few years ago, but I bet he does really well as an RBs coach for us. Good hire!

What’s hilarious is that people here wanted him as our oc before getsy
Yeah, how wrong I was on that one. His concepts in Washington were probably worse than getsy's.

I don't mind this hire for the position tho.
