I didn't watch the video, at work. But the actor portrayed here(Ron Livingston) played Captain Nixon in Band of Brothers. you may know him better from office space.



Although I dont know the relevance to the video

Yeah it is. Stu he played Captain Nixon on Band of Brothers and excellent show. Also he was the star of Office Space which is a great movie. I'm not sure what he is doing here.

He got shot in the head in Holland but it went off his helmet.

Winters made it through without a scratch. Nix got hit when they were on the road after Market Garden flopped. But it all it left was a dent on his helmet.

He took Stielgranate 41 shrapnel to the face and groin at Carentan; IIRC, Floyd Talbot saw there was blood where blood shouldn't be so he opened up Lip's trousers and told him everything was right where it should have been.

Winters got slightly wounded at Carentan. Bullet shrapnel from a riccochet in his leg. Got patched up while Blythe was sitting in the hallway, blind.

Blythe's blindness turned out to be a temporary mental issue , so he went back into the battlefield and was shot in the neck while volunteering during a scouting mission. He died a few months later from that wound.
