Earl Bennett and Devin Aromashadu. Earl had those hands, man. And that 4-game stretch for Aromashadu to end Cutler's 1st or 2nd season. I was so hyped that he was going to breakout. And then... nothing. ?

Alonzo Spellman - Walks out half naked in a Chicago winter after a stand off with the police.

Maurice Douglass - He was fun to listen to on the radio talking to Devon the Black Martian.

Tank Johnson - In case I need a gun

Pretty sure I've answered this question in here before.

Barry Minter. Dude played his ass off and once ran down Barry Sanders from behind.

Also he's the answer to a trivia question. What player lost his job to Urlacher?

any love for Danieal Manning? another in a long line of safeties they made the effort to build up and just let go when they finally got it right.

his return skills along with Hester were also majestic.

I'm not reading all 5 pages to see if it's been declared already, but OUR Adrian Peterson deserves love.

Jeff Fisher, he earned a SB ring for ’85 but he spent the year on IR. Helped out as a coach... He was actually a pretty decent player.

So I read through this entire thread and am both surprised and saddened to have not read the name Israel Idonije.

I’d also add Roberto Garza and Pat O’Donnell.

Who is your favorite obscure Bears player? Somebody mentioned RW McQuarters in another thread and it got me thinking....

I really liked Dez White and Jerry Azumah.
i actually have an Azumah jersey, i never understood why they didn't give him reps on offense, he was a record setting running back and IMO a top 5 all time Bears kick returner....obviously hester wins but azumah, patterson and Danielle manning both were very good returners...david williams was also pretty good

Idk if Mike brown counts here but he was underrated and one of my favorites. I think he was the mvp of the defense early in his career
there was a stat a few years ago i can't find but the team winning percentage with brown vs without brown was shocking, if he and tommy harris were available for that colts superbowl we get a W for sure
