Look at ways to reduce inflammation and increase gut health.
Those two things make a huge difference in a lot of peoples lives.
Check out the whole 30 for diet that fights inflammation and stops gut leakage.
That, or does fibromyalgia qualify you for medical MJ?

nah medical mj here is for the terminal and thats still a difficult process to go through.. aus is at the early stages of med mj. im guessing i got about 5-10 years before ill be able to get some. whenever these old ass bible conservatives get moved out da way.
i exercise sum, but not like in my 20s or early 30s.....i dont eat too bad.. and its da same.. always has been.. even when i was on an extreme high quality diet and exercising 2 hrs a day 5-6 days a weeks rotuine in me late 20s.. the symptoms always been there.. just less often
symptoms are just more frequent now. am older too.. idk
i did order me a new free standing boxing bag. it should be here by the end of the week or beginning of next... i haven't been boxing for awhile.. my other bag died awhile back.. duct tape only kept it alive for so long.. so ill slowly get back into that.. boxing makes exercise fun.. never felt like exercise or training.. even if its hard work..
a friend hooked me up with ddp (diamond dallas) yoga.. may check that out soon.. he swears by it..
