Yep as long as your player's nationality is that of one of the national teams in the game


for example, in real life I am 50-50 serbian and german, serbia isnt in the game so I made my guy German and can be called up to Germany


in manager career you will also get job offers for national teams jobs

World cup, euro's, etc are all in the game
