I have kept a spreadsheet up for the whole off-season, and after a ton of research, I don't know where the 4.5m came from. I double verified every number, and it all adds up.

Did the team already factor in 2-3 players off the SL roster in the cap? Because I have not heard one thing about a signing, but thats the only way that I can see why they would say 4.5m if they are keeping a 2m hold for league minimums off the SL team.

I know the deal is gonna be finished with Kurt Thomas soon, but what about the guys I named?

I know that we talked with House a few days back and according to NBA T.V we are working out McGrady today. Brown thought would resign with the Lakers but they just grabbed Barners and someone else.

looking at Deng salary really pisses me off, he needs to start earning all that damn money

anyway I think we should take a chance on McGrady, he can still score he just can't stay healthy but since the Bulls wouldn't really be depending on him and also having Ronnie Brewer to rotate with him at SG who knows maybe he will be able to stay healthy

I would take Shannon Brown over Eddie House though, he is younger and bigger, we kinda need a Back Up SG

Rasual Butler is my Sleeper though, not sure why he is being overlooked, maybe he is asking for too much money I don't know but Rasual Butler is a solid player and a very good shooter, he would be a nice player to rotate with Brewer at SG

one thing, there's a 473,604 roster charge for every open spot up to 12. however that only adds about half a mil. does the estimate include thomas or was this beforehand?
