Oduro with a weaker shot right at the goalie, but at least we're getting shots.

Ya, a good game, but I think we might have set an MLS record for draws already...

Never mind, we've tied the MLS record for draws set by the Houston Dynamo in 2009, 14.

Is Red Bull looking to sell the team like they're looking to sell their auto racing operations?

I can't find anything about it online, so I'm not sure.

Just got back at midnight last night--left Friday after work. About 90 of us out there--if you hear the trumpet, you probably were hearing us.

A few random thoughts on the game:

We need to buy Lindpere--he's scored 3 of his 9 MLS goals against us, and he's always competing.....I wouldn't say no to that acquisition.

Grazini flops, but if he cut that shit out, he'd be the guy we need him to be.

Dom scored on his birthday and was stoked about it.

Frank was FUMING about the reffing (go figure, but I thought we got lucky a few times)

We are the kings of the draw. Dallas set the record at 14, we have now tied it. Oddly though, for NYRB's wage structure such that it is, they should have destroyed us....ut they didn't. And now they only have 1 less tie than the Fire.

The MLS season may be near write-off for the team, but the US Open Cup is within reach, so that's what I'm calling our season there.

The guys are distraught about the result, but they know that they are putting in the work--this is one of the youngest teams in the league....they'll come around in the next season or two.

A solid coach (Bob Bradley), a target forward, and a left back to push Sega back to the type of play we know he is capable of, and there is a fairly solid core of players there.

Also, 15 hours each way on a bus with your friends is fun and all....but DAMN, that's a long trek.

I thought you guys would have flown... LONG bus ride, lol.

And I agree, we are only a couple pieces away from being really good, and agree about the USOC.
