From his surgery, but could be sooner, I doubt they are that desperate though. Unless the Hawks go deep into June I doubt he will return.... even then, it would be an early recovery.

You never know. Sometimes these things have a way of working out before the allotted time. Could be 4 months, could be more than 6... it all depends on his recovery process and how his body works. But as of now, it's a next year thing.

He will not be back this year. I can't find the article but he was interviewed about 2 or 3 weeks ago and said he is on schedule to be ready for training camp next year and that he will begin skating again in July.
