WHAT SMALL FORWARDS "POSITION THEMSELVES INSIDE THE CIRCLE"??? Small forwards in 2013 position themselves on the wing. Whether you like it or not. Butler is a swingman, who is adept at playing both positions. I think you got it all wrong.

But Jimmy Butler is a small forward 1st.......2guard 2nd..............thats what im saying.....thanks hue......bye now.

Actually, it is not the same thing. There is WGN and WGN Superstation. Superstation is the version broadcast nationally. Tonight's game is only on the local Chicago WGN. It is not on WGN Superstation.

If you live outside of Chicago, you will need NBA-TV to watch the game.

Ah, gotcha.

Actually, you were trolling....and nitpicking. Butler is fine where he is. You have spoken for weeks, months that Butler is somehow out of place. Butler can play 2 positions and guard 3. He is athletic enough, quick enough, and positions himself well enough to play shooting guard in the NBA. 'Nuff said...

Agree that Taj looked very good out there, but don't think he's better Boozer. Boozer is still much better than Gibson offensively, even if it didn't show tonight. If anything, I hope Boozer's been teaching Taj those moves he's doing out there. If Taj gets that post game down and can at least get a consistent jump hook or something along with the improving midrange jumper, I think we'll be solid at PF when Boozer's gone.

I was just so impressed with Taj's footwork last night among other things...you can really tell he's put the work in this off-season.

In regards to Booz teaching Taj a few moves- he has been for years. Taj has mimicked Boozer A LOT offensively in regards to their pick & pop approach. If you look away during the game sometimes you'll mistaken them for each other for a brief second offensively....at least I do from time to time. Taj just doesn't have Boozer's skill, touch and ability to create space with his width offensively.

However, Boozer's offensive ability means a lot less to the Bulls ever since he signed. Now with the entire Bulls team around Boozer being better offensively- they really need to consider reducing his minutes as he's far behind Taj defensively and athletically.

Boozer has had his kicks at Bosh and Miami....he's failed miserably. Give Taj his kicks at the cat...I'll tell you one team that approves of the Bulls consistently favoring Boozer to Taj....and that team is Miami.

Hey man, dont get it twisted.
I am not by any means downgrading Jimmy.
You know as well as everyone else that ive always been very high on Jimmy.
In fact, i remeber posting last year about i believe hes an allstar in the making and you are one of the people that downed me for those comments.

Never mind.........

Yes, Jimmy can play multiple positions....All im saying is that hes at his best playing his natural small forawrd position.
I dont have a problem with him TEMPERARLY starting at 2guard until Deng leaves town.

As the roster stands this season, of course Jimmy has to start as our 2guard.
Who the Hell else can? Bogans isnt on our roster anymore. :troll:

Anyway, i leave you with a Sunday morning prayer.
Bow you head.

Dear Lord, please help Hue find it in his heart to not nitpick my every thought.
And godbless him, even though he has sinned.

Amen.

If Butler continues to play aggressive and slash to the basket and get to the Free Throw Line like he did last night then him at SG will make things easier for Rose! Also makes us stronger on the Defensive Side!

Also need to see LESS Hinrich and MORE Teague at PG at least! Maybe let Hinrich be the back up SG but let Teague handle the ball. When you go from Rose to Hinrich that is a big Drop as far as TEMPO OFFENSIVELY! While Teague can maintain that tempo with his speed and quickness. I think Teague is ready to break out, hopefully Tom allows him to do so this season!

I may personally ban SP94 before the season starts....just b/c I don't want to read his worthless garbage in IGTs. :shifty:

The forum will never be the same without SP94.
