Well yeah, but that team had Hardaway and Mourning, not Wade, james and Bosh. :p Lol

We didn't have Rose and Boozer either.
Not that Boozer a huge step up, LoL.

But also consider we didn't have Rose or Rip the last time we beat this Heat team.
We didn't have Rose or Noah the 4th quarter tonight and we held our ground just fine.

If we can accompolish what we have against the Heat without our full puzzle in place, just imagine the upside and possibilities.
I say the Bulls at this point are quite simply the better TEAM....

Ummmm Wade was with the Heat when the Bulls STOMPED on them 4-0 in 07.

That's true, but these teams are both very different now. All we can hope for is a healthy Bulls team to give them the best chance of beating Miami. It's up to them.

This.

Make this thread when the Bulls win the playoff series(Which I already said I wouldn't be surprised by).

Until then.

Yawn.

It's a good win. That's it.

Microcosm of why it's tough to pick the Bulls over the Heat in a 7 game series:

Lebron nails a 3 pointer last night in crunch time to take the lead and when they show the replay Boozer and Noah are sitting on the bench.

When a team is consistently sitting two of it's top 4 players in big moments it becomes tougher to see them taking down a team with 3 Top 10-20 players in the NBA

Except they've already done with twice this year without their best player. LeBron, again, could've iced the game with the free throws, and didn't. Our bench is equally as important as Noah and Boozer's play. The only starter who played long minutes last night was Deng. The way Thibs cut up playing time was much like Chuck Daly did with the Bad Boy Pistons. Everyone played between 20 and 30 minutes, it kept our defense on edge during the last five minutes of regulation and OT. That's what won us the game.

Ok... and again...how'd it work out in the playoffs last season?

Again regular season=/=playoffs.

Get this through your skull.

LeBron, again, could've iced the game with the free throws, and didn't
And Wade could have hit the game winner but didn't.

Point?
Our bench is equally as important as Noah and Boozer's play.
Which I would argue is a LARGE part of the Bulls problem long term.

We had our best player last year. This team is improved from last year. The Heat? It's a push, maybe.

And Wade could have hit the game winner but didn't.

Point?

My point is that the Heat, the team you think is better, the team with the two "superior superstars" both had chances to beat our "inferior" team and didn't. But CJ Watson, our backup point guard, did. Huge moment for him, another shitty moment for the Heat, who're playing .500 ball leading up to the postseason. That's my "point." They're backing their way into the playoffs. They were on a tear last season and made it to the Finals. As you've already addressed, this is a crazy season, I don't think it'll be quite as easy.

Which I would argue is a LARGE part of the Bulls problem long term.

Disagree 100%. That depth is always going to help us in the regular season. You know what that is, right? That part of the season where you have to consistently win in order to get to the post-season? Or did you forget about that training for your half-marathon last night?

I'm unhappy the Bulls won lastnight. I swear the Bulls will get killed by Miami and the 3 greatest NBA players of all time when playoff time comes.
I hate the Bulls and they will pay for embaressing me.
Or else my name isn't FirstTimer. :troll:

Cool Story Bro.
