You've determined this after 3 or 4 good weeks....of running....in losses.

??

Yes. And if you don't see that you are a slave to your own bias.

That doesn't mean he will be a great quarterback, which I clearly state in the rest of my post, but he is literally doing things no quarterback has ever done in the history of the NFL.

I understand now. You gave it all you've got
to fight to the top
so we can know your story.
Somehow I'd say in his development as a young qb, Fields learned the mundane type of passes pretty well. Wasn't he highly rated at OSU as a passing qb? That's why I laugh at these people who seem to think he cannot make the simple passes for some reason.

He makes defenses have to cover every blade of grass. We've seen many incredible athletes in this league, bit Fields is clearly a special combination of athletic traits. Combined with that, he is improving as a professional passer. He is poised to break out next year with a better supporting cast and another off-season of hard work.

It will be exciting to see if he reaches his potential.

Luck and Newton both had there career peaks shortened due to running too much.

wasn't that the "pistol offense" that was fashionable about 10-12 years ago? it was a style that was used in college. when you play against NFL defenses it can be a detriment. Fields isn't running because the offense calls for it, he's running because he sees openings to run and that's why he's burning defenses about 50-60 yards at a crack. and ironically I think it's actually preserving him because he knows when to run out and slide better now than last year and it's better than being a sitting duck in the pocket. even better he's not fumbling every game anymore.
