I probably would’ve taken the money I would’ve spent on Bell, and instead signed Callahan, Amos and kept some in my pocket to extend Eddie Jackson next year. Draft a RB, keep Howard for a year. I’m just some jamoke on a message board, though.

My only hope is that bell gave the bears a verbal agreement before the final Jets offer, since it sounds like from multiple sources he has already made up his mind.
