We've only had her for 4 of her 14 years. Foster care and a birth family that wasn't able to take care of her makes our job tougher. She's getting there though.

Well that certainly makes it more difficult. We have a teenager that has stayed with us off and on for a number of years depending on her mom’s situation so I can certainly relate.
