Not to state the obvious, but how much training do you need in order to tell if a person has had to much to drink?  I am not a officer of the law, I am not a bartender, and I don't drink...but it is not hard for me to tell if someone has had to much to drink just by looking at them and seeing how they react to their situation.</p>

If they seem to have an issue with gravity pulling their bodies in one direction or another.  If they are using a new language that sounds like english, but sounds a little more like someone who didn't graduate from kindergarten and if they don't have a clue where they are at...they just might be unable to comprehend the situation they are in.</p>

I had a girl come in through the front door of my building yesterday, get on the elevator with me, push the 5 button, and then start freaking out and twitching digging through her bags and such looking for something... she was moaning and groaning and making a bit of a scene till finally the elevator hit the 5th floor and she realized.... her keys she just used to get in the front door were actually right where she left them.
