I love how pez wants Vermette in there so bad when he's been the most unproductive hawk the last 20gms. That's acceptable....but Bickell's play isn't

It has NOTHING to do with production. NOTHING. It has to do with winning. I want the best lines and lineup on the fucking ice.

Rozsival paired with Keith is not it. Seabrook with Timmonen is not it. Nordstrom dressing is not it. Versteeg/Richards/Kane is not it. Sharp/Shaw/Bickell is not it. The lineup is fucking RIDICULOUS. There is absolutely no defending those decisions, nor the way the Hawks came out to play in this game.

Here's a BOLD prediction. Q shuffles the lines and puts together something that actually resembles a COMMON FUCKING SENSE LINEUP for the playoffs, and the Hawks come back and make a game of this.

For someone that played at a high level and coached hockey, you sure as **** seem oblivious to the lack of logic happening here.

Please, explain those decisions to us. Enlighten us as to why Q is RIGHT with the decisions he is making right now.

Said when this series started that seth jones would be a key guy for the preds and he showed it a bit in that period. The new hockey fans in this thread wont know who he is though.

On the bright side i thought oduya had a good period. Glad at least one of the defensive pairing that should be locked in had a decent period in their own zone. Now maybe Q will put the other two pairing together that should have started the game? Ill agree with pez here q cant go around fucking with his blueliner pairings against a preds team that has very good blueline depth also. Q might want to put his strong pairings together esp when you dont have last line change. That period wasnt about who q had in his line up its about how he managed that lineup when he has first line change. Got out coached bad.

Dont think you can go into the rest of the game without uniting seabs and keith for the rest of it.

And maybe make it harder on the preds to get to the puck boys! And for **** sakes get saad off the top line.

A regular season, can't recall such an event. Or some type of reasoning or situation where the top 2 D men split time with a 3rd pairing guys and back together on their 1st pair all throughout games in order to lessen the amount of total 3rd pairing suckage that would exist in games. Must of not been some concept that's existed for years if you ask.. ya know people.
