different game...same shitty play..Same result as in the loss to the Blues
Wake up
We won the game where you bitched we were playing to not lose and then got flamed for it, just FYI.

The result was the same. How they got there? Wildly different. For starters, the Blues scored 2 power play goals in their entire series against the Hawks. The Kings got 2 in the 3rd period alone. So the "same shitty play" assertion by you is off.
Youre right..I apologize...Hawks are great..Especially last night...Nothing to fix on that team
Can I be considered one of the "smart" posters now??
lol@ different shitty play..
yup...Hawks won that game vs the wild in spite of themselves. I pointed out that they played a similar game vs the Blues and lost....wanna argue how great they were last night?
Ares....I never said I was a hockey expert..In fact, I stated Im not even a hockey fan...But I clearly pointed out you dont have to be an expert to know when a team is playing shitty
You Hawks Homers cant seem to grasp that
The Hawks are terribly inconsistent, fall asleep, and give up leads. In fact, the only consistency they show is the consistency to fall asleep and let opponents back into the game..Sometimes it bites em, sometimes it doesnt
Does that make me one of the smart posters?..probably not!
Questions for fans more knowledgeable than I:
What, if anything did LA change in the 3rd to cause the implosion?.
Or were the Hawks suffering from a case of overconfidence??.
I think that they crashed the net more and completely changed the game with that aggressiveness. It was like a switch got tripped.
The Hawks, like one of their players said, took their foot off of the gas and couldn't get going again. I also thought that our defensemen
played awful in that 3rd period.

I've seen and heard the term "dirty goal" used to describe LA's initial one last evening. The term itself seems to imply sloppy offense, which to me is somewhat of a paradox. I mean, when the opponent is spending too much time in front of your net something bad is eventually bound to happen.
And it seems LA is very proficient at hanging around areas they should not be allowed to...something Chicago needs to fix in a hurry.
There is nothing wrong with being a casual fan BB.... but you are rubbing people the wrong way when you throw out generalizations about a team playing a sport you admit you do not know much about. I know you can't help yourself from doing it..... just accept the fact that no one on this board is going to jump on board your train of generalizations about a Hawks team that won the Stanley Cup a year ago and took out arguably one of the strongest teams in the playoffs in the St. Louis Blues and who tore in to these same LA Kings a year ago and sent them home to play golf.
There is much more evidence of the Hawks being a great team than a bad team right now and you making generalizations indicating they are a bad team makes you look dumb.
Carry on with your I told you so attitude if you wish.
I stand by my remarks..And as as of last night, so do the Hawks
The only people being rubbed the wrong way are the homers who cant deal with reality

You expect Chicago to sweep every series?.
Each opponent requires a process, which can involve taking a few lumps at times in order to get better as a series moves forward. Chicago has a history of improving as players/coaching familiarize themselves with each new opponent.
This could take another game, so will not be surprised if they drop the next before finding their groove.
