It would be nice but the games in Minnesota are gonna be tough....that crowd gets them all amped up. The decibel level rivals the old Chicago Stadium.

Think the Wild will come out like gangbusters, if we can get through that surge in the beginning without giving up a goal or two. Like our chances to grab a win in game 3.

Yep. Always have to weather the storm when you play a team in its first home game of the series. Crowd is usually rocking and the players always seem to feed off of that energy.

Survive that, keep peppering Bryz with shots, and good things will happen.

That being said, I think Minny takes Game 3 before the Hawks put a clamp on the series by winning Game 4.

Are the Wild expected to play any of their other 11 goalies instead of Bryz?

I imagine Kuempfer will be the guy again when healthy, but I'm not sure if he's reached that point yet. Probably won't know til tomorrow with the Wild having today off.

Yeah... Wild need to get their legs back.... I thought that was actually kind of an odd comment from Mike Yeo in his post game presser.... Wild seemed to be keeping up and/or outskating the Hawks for parts of the game, certainly were not getting totally outskated the entire game to my eyes. Hawks were beating them more with good passing and good sticks in their own zone or the neutral zone rather than relying on speed.

Gotta imagine the Wild will have plenty of legs under them at home down 2-0 to us...

I think the Blackhawks take a commanding 3-0 series lead. If Crawford continues to play as he has the past 6 games, the Blackhawks should be able to survive the storm the Wild will put up the first period of the game and come out with a win

Im flying tuesday but I should be home by puck drop. Cant wait!

On another note... Since I have become a hockey fan I cant help but notice the lack of coverage by the media. Very few articles written or tv time devoted to the sport. Just saying.

This is likely going to be the toughest Hawks game in the series. No stupid penalties, please! They will need to silence the crowd with
catching the Wild up rink. I see a number of two on one breaks for the Hawks. They probably are going to have their back-line guys
coming up to try and score.

Important to remember that tonight's game is on CNBC.

That's Channel 266 on Comcast/Xfinity. Don't know about others. You've got 7 hours to figure that out.

I'll take being able to watch an 8:45 puckdrop over missing the first period or two of a 7:00 start any day.

This is the sports world we live in. TV rights precede everything.

Still don't like it...late start, week/school night...probably going to OT.

Will be glad when there are less teams in the hunt taking up air time.

I'm not a big fan of it myself, but I take it as the lesser of two evils.

Also, you may really hate the next round. The Hawks will be playing a west coast team when they advance.

Channel 355 for those with directv.
