Finally got to watch the game this morning. Crawford was really good again last night. Just thought that I would get that out of the way first and foremost.
Wow, is that what a productive PP looks like? They changed something last night, and actually made some movement. It is amazing what can happen in a game when you make the opponent pay for taking dumb penalties.
My only two gripes from the game were :
1) Dave Bolland...he continues to suck and take dumb penalties. Can someone please give him the talk that they obviously gave Shaw?
2) Saad on the third line. Why exactly are we wasting his talent on the third line?
I do have to say that I liked how Shaw played last night. He did not take the stupid penalty that I expected him to take, and worked hard to score both of his goals. More of this and less of what we have seen the rest of this series from him.
