Coach shakes up a 3-0 game with nothing to lose, resting his player who drove them hard down the homestretch. Of course goes back to Crawford, who gets decimated on the road for 6 goals...gotta go with the rook who have you 4 clean sheet periods.
So rook comes in and wins 2 more games, before the Predators who are a very good team this year, crack his code and start netting everything. Or rather, drop 5 on him on the road. But he earned it, you go back to him,
And then he gives up 3 in a first period, the same reason Crawford got benched (only Crawford was on the road), and what do you know but he gives you 2.5 clean sheets and wins the game.
Now you enter the next series with Crawford like it never happened? Or both your goalies are looking over their shoulder when they are in? crazy. I mean 3 goals in the first period just doesn't even happen to this team once but twice?
