Sons of Chicago, of Illinois, my brothers! I see in your eyes the same fear that would take the heart of me. A day may come when the courage of men fails, when we forsake our friends and break all bonds of fellowship, but it is not this day. An hour of wolves and shattered shields, when the age of men comes crashing down! But it is not this day! This day we fight! By all that you hold dear on this good Earth, I bid you--stand, Men of the Western Conference!

**** the Bruins!

Fucking wow. Where's Carcillo? Can he still launch into a player's neck? Just need him for one shift.

Remember the last time he tried that in a final series game? Not the desired result.

Kinda reminds me of game 2. Except its Boston with the huge period and Crawford holding them off. Its 1-0 and it could be a whole lot worse. Gotta get the next one though. The ice is horrible, get down 2 and got to play catch will be a tough nut to crack.

Man...This doesn't look good for us

On the contrary, many playoff games this year have had periods of dominance by one team, only to see the other win.

Game two in this series, for example. Hawks dominated Period 1, and lost.

I think i'd be more concerned if I were a Bruin fan. Dominate the period, and lead by only one? They can't keep that up.

Hawks will tie it within the first 5 minutes of the 2nd.

Did they say anything about Shaw? Is he on the bench or did he go to get medical treatment? It looked bad but I haven't heard anyone say anything about it.

Hey Fisch....we just want you too know that we attended the Kings practice today...but there was no one there. They're playing such good hockey. Maybe they don't need to practice.

Fear not folks. This game is far from over. The Bruins were always going to come out balls to the wall to start this game. To only be down by one with the way that period played out is fantastic.

Oh, and somehow the national guys will try to blame that goal on Crawford and say that it was glove side, and that he sucks on his glove side.
