Maybe Bronn faked out the two Lannisters and grabs Sansa instead.

Would be hard to get back to KL with her, but not impossible.

I don't remember... how'd they get the beheaded chic in the first place?

That is interesting but it looks like Jamie the way he snuck into winterfell with the hoodie cape

I highly doubt it is Sansa, she is not even in KL. How they would kidnap her in WF and then circumvent Jon's troops and arrive in KL before Jon is hard to imagine. I just saw the scene as two sides sizing each other up before the battle.

Your Arya/Hound depiction sounds about right, although, there would be no shock value. So maybe Gilly springs out of a cake in a g-string and stabs Cersei in the eye?

Then Jon dies in battle, and Gendry marries Dany, the end.

:)

I still think Sansa sent out a raven letting Cersei know where Dany and dragon is. She knows jon went a different way. It’s a game of thrones and Sansa is still alive and still playing it the way she learned from both Cersei and lf.

Btw I didn’t see anyone from the vale during the long night or the after math of it did they just leave

I have seen a few different theories on this (not spoilers).

1) Drogon has armor
2) Bran wargs Rhaegal (kinda like the NK did to Viserion)
3) Drogon, when he/she flew off to Volantis a few seasons ago laid a clutch of eggs, and his/her babies are coming to join him/her.

1 makes the most sense to me, especially after Dany gaining Gendry's trust.

I think number 3 would be bad ass

I wonder how does warging work does one need to be close by to warg

I'm still watching, despite the military goofs and the starbucks cup I want to see how it ends, still good acting for great characters that I'm still interested in. People ***** about military shit, but still keep watching and complaining, some people just love being miserable on the internet, hating the show is having a moment thanks to whiny little bitches like Houston.

If the show bothers you so much, stop watching. Of course you wont stop, because even with it's many flaws it's still one of the best shows on TV, although it is on at the same time as a better show Billions, thank gosh for DVR's.

If someone invested 7-8 years in this show then saying stop watching is odd.

Not to mention you are pretty much acknowledging their point while trying to pretend they are being unreasonable.

The fact is season 8 has a lot fucking problems. People just sticking around because they have come this far.

I mean the dude just said Dany forgpt about the Iron Fleet after having it just explained to her they are active. It is stupid.

The ornamentation at start shows 3 smaller dragons around a much larger dragon so could the 3 small ones be the 3 dragons Dany had and the larger one being their parent?

Try watch 7-8 seasons of the show and actually started to read the books before the shows were ever a possibility. So yeah I’m kind of vested in this. I wish he finished the last two books then I wouldn’t give two shits how they **** this show up. But yeah I will waste three hours of my life to finish it

You forget Bronn just walks into Winterfell. Could pick up Sansa on way out.

This shit is getting comical.

They all went overboard when Euron's fleet attacked. Guessing she was the slowest swimmer and got plucked by Euron's people.

Right because it is so hard for dudes in ships to kill dudes in water with armor. That is is so fucking stupid.

"Hey lets grab Missendei and allow the actual soldiers swim ashore without trying to kill them."

I'm going to regret this.
Nope, you are wrong, I did say this season is sub par based on previous seasons, but I specifically criticized Houston for his endless complaints droning on like he is being tortured by being forced to watch the show. I've seen him do it a number of times.

There is nothing unreasonable about pointing out flaws, never ending whining while he continues to watch a show he apparently hates is unreasonable.

Exactly. have loved it through the years so can't just abandon it now. Was feeling bad it was ending. Now, the end can't come fast enough. Just get it over with. Even knowing the main things that will happen, still want to see exactly how they unfold. 2nd to last episode is historically the best. The last one will just be a BS wrap up mostly.

Bronn's appearance in that episode was weird. Comes all the way from KL for that BS? it was like a forced cameo appearance for him.

No it isn't because once again already spent 7 seasons watching. There are a whole host of shows that were great but ended poorly in fans eyes. Blame the shitty writers.

No point hopping off now no matter how much you think it sucks when only 3 hours out of over 50+ hours to go.

Then point out the flaws and shut up, Houston, not just with GOT, constantly acts like he is miserable being forced to watch such a horrible show.

Some people aren't happy unless they are telling the world how miserable they are. (H)

Some people aren't happy unless they are arguing with people about stupid shit on the internet. (R)

No weapon can penetrate plot armor. In spite of the bad writing and piss poor direction taken, Cersei's strategy has been sound and has even panned out. Let the North forces get depleted against the dead. Make Dany look like the mad queen, even more so than Cersei herself. Would also have wanted Missendei more than others knowing she is closest to Dany. Make Dany mad and appear mad. Bring the innocents into the Red Keep to make her appear murderous when she attacks after the provocation. Can still have the confidence that the last dragon can be taken out as easily as the previous one, even easier shooting at it from land as opposed to a ship on the water.

Yeah I am not concerned about what Houston did in other threads. Perhaps you are taking things too personal if you carrying beef with Houston into multiple threads.

In this thread he posted a writer saying something stupid as **** and it is just a further example of the shittiness of this season.

Her strategy is sound. The writers execution of it is stupid as ****. This is less an issue of Dany organically falling victim to her plan and more the writers causing Dany to behave stupidly so she can fall into Cersei's plan.

Just like Cersei stupidly didnt kill her enemies there and then when they were in range because the writers are saving the fight for episode 5. No logical reason the Cersei they have written the past 7 seasons decides to respect the rules of parlay with all her enemies and a dragon there for the killing.

Stop saying that, it never happened. They pulled the dead dragons body out of the lake and then the NK reanimated it as his wight, there was no warging involved. The NK can see through the creature's eyes as he can with any other of his wight's. I have never seen any dead animal getting warged into.

Attempted fan fiction fail.
2) Bran re-animates Rhaegal after he wshes up on shore (kinda like the NK did to Viserion)

Dragon Strategy:

I thought Dany/Dragon was going to try and fly in low from the side...
stay low, spite fire early, vere off to the stern (back) of the ships.

That way there's one only one harpoon to face, if it can even aim low enough, and no harpoons at the stern of the ship. The ships were lined up horizontally.

Plus, once the fire is on it's way, the harpooner can't see, then gets engulfed.

But yeah, sloped armour is a great idea, if the dragoon can fly with the weight.
I think the opposite is a better strategy. Get altitude and dive as close to vertical as possible, come in at high speed, using the sun at your back so they are forced to look into the sun when trying to aim at a target that is traveling very fast.

Brilliant! You nailed it. Those harpoon guns could not shoot straight up. Go high and come down vertical.
