We will and should draft a PF. Boozer is a bigger problem than the PG. lol

I think we will find a way to afford a 5M contract

This is a deep enough draft to have a quality player slip to us at several different positions. Depending on what salary gets shed when free agency hits, I think it's more likely that we'll go after a shooting guard or big man later in the draft as opposed to a point guard. With Rose being out, the gap in skill is something that's easier to close with a free agency acquisition as opposed to having a rookie come in and have to play meaningful minutes while the team tries to stay afloat while Rose and Deng are out.

Hello. The Bulls biggest problem is that our bigs can't score easy baskets and none of them demands a double team. And from Asik I don't expect something more. But Boozer must be traded this year. Rose can score easiest buckets from his home than Boozer in the paint.

If we are going to draft a PG, it would be better if he could play the SG position too.
Tony Wroten maybe?

Um, there are about 5 post players in the NBA that actually command a double team. Our main problem isn't Boozer. He is what he is -- a 15/8 guy with a shitty contract on the downside of his career. Our issue is still the lack of a consistent second scoring option. Boozer, Deng, and Hamilton have shown, at times, they can be the second guy. But until it happens night in and night out, it's something that needs to be addressed.

I don't know, he seems like a great prospect.
Let's hope he slips to the late 20s.

I have seen some sites saying we will get lamb.

As a UK fan, I can chime in on Lamb and Teague.

Lamb is a solid shooter, like Korver, but better. He sees the court better and actually defends well. He doesn't have much size, but he's a reliable outside threat with good speed to go with it. If he is available when the Bulls are up, he is a great choice.

As for Teague, I honestly don't think he's ready to start at PG in the NBA yet. Having him fill in for Rose would be a big role for him to fill in his first year out of college. He has a lot of potential, but I honestly believe he should've stayed at least one more year at UK.

Uhh. May want to rephrase that.

Plus thought you were an ND fan.

You are talking about Doron not Jeremy Lamb(he's a higher pick), right?
If yes, he looks like a great shooter.

ND football and I follow their basketball team a bit. I only like UK basketball though.

As for Lamb, he can't really create his own shot. He's a spot-up guy mostly. In two years at UK, he shot around 47% from the field and over 47% from beyond the arc compared to Korver's 43% and 41% from deep. Granted the NBA and college are vastly different and his two years are a small sample size compared to Korver's career in the NBA, but I think he has the ability to be a better shooter than Korver in the long run.
