4 days off really messes with your sense of time.

Hawks play the Kings tonight. I am willing to bet there is a little rust that will get shaken off.

What's your prediction? Will the Hawks win in OT 4-2? Will Grim get booted from the chat? Will there be an over share of personal information? Will someone be drunk?

Tip off will be at 7. Remember that dingusses.

My favorite teams
  1. Portland Timbers
  1. Chicago Blackhawks
Statement game here. I think Q's stache gains sentience not unlike The Tick cartoon episode 3:1, affixes itself to Frolik's upper lip and wins the game on it's own.

What and awful and sloppy game that was. Lots of running around and rebounds galore. The break must have made the guys rusty, I don't think I've seen them this disorganized this season. But credit to the Kings, they had a relentless forecheck and pressured the D to make mistakes and won the battles, it looked like they wanted it more. Crawford with a bad game, but to blame him completely would be foolish since there were some bad breakdowns and unlucky bounces (like the game winner). Hammer and Oduya with bad games. Nice to see Frolik getting them points, good depth there.

Forget and move on and beat those fLames tomorrow.

Too many days off.

Can't wait for the team to get back to 95% health again..if that ever happens.

Or when Iginla hits our pathetic steaming of shit PP. You get one good scoring chance in 4 mins of 5 on 4 (Kane hitting the post)? **** that shit. Here is a game where a half productive PP would have made a difference..and a defense that isn't out of whack because of too many days off (which is what I am blaming it on). 3rd line wasn't it typical great stuff either tonight.

But hey its not as if the Kings are bad. Anyone who thinks LA still isn't a contender need to go watch a different league.

Get healthy Hawks. One of either Hossa or Sharp probably would have helped tonight. Frolik did well but I'm pretty tired of watching Hayes try to keep up with Kane and read him. Tired of Bolland also but still not going to call for a second line center trade. Kane needs someone though even though he is still really good making a bad line look good.

I do not understand this team's insistence on dressing the likes of Bollig and Mayers when they are down a LW, RW and need 2C help and they could at least see if they have some stopgap in Rockford with Morin, Smith and Pirri who are playing very well. At least on the LW and RW fronts if they still don't wanna move Bolland back down to the 3rd. Smith and Pirri on the 4th for a few games has got to be a better option than the crap we iced. God, would it kill them to give them a looksee? Sure, it would endanger the Hogs push to scrape into the playoffs but this is why the AHL is a feeder system.

hehehehehehehe

Team just needs to get healthy up front or at the very least get one of Hossa or Sharp back.

And all I am asking is that while they hopefully try to concoct a deal for a long term 2C (or even short term if they're not trade raped) or a 4C or even LW that they at least give the kids a looksee. Injury stopgap from the feeder system---I am not saying they deserve to come up here and then stay if they look a hotass mess but you can't know until you try. . .at least for the 4th line AT LEAST. Come on man, they can't be worse than Mayers + Bollig can they? LOL

But there is a big heavy slow skater playing on the 2nd line that got the call up already. How many more do the team need to call up before there are 1 too many?
