Looks like a pretty solid #calledit from @VashalasX - you're an up and comer, kid. Proud of you.
I really do believe deep down inside that the bears want to get this right and literally look beyond the white people rollerdecks of names for coaches and executives and find the talent that isn't privileged but instead strong and hard working and I think the know brainer decision is to go with Rick Smith who is easily the most talented of the GMs being considered just hope that certain older and old fashioned fans of the bears don't have coronary events as a result.

Sorry that you're thread was ruined by posters who can't keep politics out of the Bears Forum, @VashalasX
Thank you for the kindness and I will never let them ruin anything for me just put them into the ignore box for a time out from my attention because they literally can't handle the attention they would get from my fists if they were trying to ruin anything for me in real live life.

The "good old boys" club and into the 2022 century.

I am literally sick and tired of the same old same-looking cisgendered males always getting their shot to do the same old stuff which is win or lose it doesn't matter because they are literally in the club and results is only a small part of why they get to keep on keeping their jobs so hopefully George can become more progressive in his search and maybe perhaps even consider an actural WOMAN for GM or president of football operations I mean you see what women can do in leadership all over the USA and especially a-broad like in Finland or in New Zealand they literally kill it when it comes to leading and can ignore all the noise and literal B.S that the old man club just circulates and cycles through like business as usural when maybe the bears can go into a new direction and literally revolutionize the NFL power structures from the inside out!
everywhere I went I heard " Nagy's a pussy, so the bears already covered the woman hire, just not for GM

My favorite teams
  1. Chicago Bulls
  1. Chicago Bears
  1. Illinois Fighting Illini
We need someone with a background of NFL success whether GM or HC

All that happened when woman went to work is the rich countered by making everything cost twice as much while wages stayed the same. Now both people have to work.

Hey @VashalasX

I thought you might be interested in the female GM candidates listed by NFL Football Operations.

Dawn Aponte, NFL Chief Football Administrative Officer, age 50. Aponte, a former Jets, Browns and Dolphins exec, is in her second stint at the league office. She entered the NFL with the Jets as accountant before becoming a salary cap analyst. She holds a law degree from New York Law School.

Jacqueline Davidson, Buccaneers director of football research, age 40. Davidson earned a law degree from Cornell before working with the NFL Management Council. She spent 11 seasons with the Jets as manager and then director of football administration. Davidson is in her second season with Tampa Bay.

Catherine Raîche, Eagles vice president of football operations, age 32. Raîche formerly was assistant GM for the Montreal Alouettes and has been with the Eagles since 2019, first as football operations coordinator. She holds a law degree from University of Sherbrooke.

I don't think any of them would have chosen Mitchell Trubisky over Watson and Mahomes because they liked his car.
