Ghost... Do you believe they exist?

I don't remember exactly where I heard this, but one theory that ghosts don't exist is that in the Nazi concentration camps the German soldiers were never haunted by ghosts.

So this theory wants to prove a negative (ghosts DONT exist) by assuming a negative (German soldiers were NEVER haunted by ghosts)

I am not a big ghost story believer myself, but this is pretty shotty logic lol.

My mother and my aunt had a similar experience in a bedroom in my Grandmothers home years apart and without ever telling each other until about 20 years ago. Both witnessed at different times an apparition that appeared at the foot of the bed in that room. Both were shocked when they related similar stories to each other. Do I believe my mother? My aunt? No reason not too. Was it a ghost? No clue as both women are church going regular attenders, in their minds, the Bible teaches us things like Angels do exist.
