Oooh, this one's easy. It's Always Sunny in Philidelphia - The Nightman Cometh

Quality episode. I think my favorite episode is the St. Patty's day one.

It's a tie between 2 Married With Children episodes.

"It's a Bundyful Life" with the legendary Sam Kinison or "All Night Security Dude" where Al goes up against Bubba Smith a.k.a. Spare Tire Dixon.

MWC was a top tier sitcom, back when sitcoms were actually good. Though I don't miss laugh tracks at all. Tried to go back and rewatch some Seinfeld recently and I couldn't do it because the laugh track drove me fucking nuts.

Stephen Kolzak nailed it with a few shows, as far as casting. Not just MWC, but Cheers, the Jefferson's, Who's the Boss, Different Strokes.

I hate laugh tracks.
Maybe someone making a drama should include a "Cry Track" to show how ridiculous a laugh track is.
Someone gets dumped and all of a sudden there are hundreds of people bawling their eyes out and blowing their noses.... hilarious.

Seinfeld really only had laugh tracks for scenes outside, or on the street. Like Cheers, it had a live, although prompted, audience. Not much better really, but I have to keep up the pedantry.

There were some great sitcoms in the late 80s into the mid 90s. The Fresh Prince, the aforementioned MWC and Cheers, Cosby Show, Family Matters, Full House. TGIF was pretty great, I was all about Sabrina the Teenage Witch (Melissa Joan Hart was hot as ****). Now? Now, I'd rather run my dick through a mandolin than watch Big Bang Theory or Two and a Half Men.

Now that I think about it, there were some decent ones in the mid 2000's, Malcolm in the Middle was great, Frasier wasn't generally my cup of tea but I remember it being well liked. Granted, it might be my age talking, was born in '82.

It's an age thing. I'm a decade and a half older than you, and most of those sitcoms you listed as good ones (Fresh Prince, Family Matters, Full House, etc), I would also have rather ran my dick through a mandolin than watched.

Some of the absolute worst shows in the history of television are being mentioned ITT. It has to be an age thing, no rational adult would watch that shit. My kid loved Full House when she was 8 years old and I was still ashamed.

Just to add something different. 10 yrs ago SNL had some shorts that were pretty damn funny IMO.

Justin Timberlake " Dickinabox".
