2 candidates from the Browns organization (Adofo-Mensah and Glenn Cook). Really? A team who hasn't placed better than 3rd in their division in 10 years and is a combined 52-108 over that span with 7 head coaches.

Rick Smith isn't an upgrade.

Guys I like: Ed Dodds, currently assitant GM with the Colts and spent 10 years in Seattle. Joe Schoen, assistant GM to Buffalo. Enough said.

Meh: Omar Khan from Steelers. Spent 20 years with a winning organization so that is good, but its questionable how involved he has been in personnel decisions. Morocco Brown... Dodds likely the better hire if you are picking from the Colts. Ireland of the Saints... certainly a good organization but they have cap hell right now and IMO are an overrated organization, and we picked from that tree last time.

Further looking at trade details, the contract not horrible for Colts. But a bad performance in a must win game against Jacksonville to make playoffs is bad. Oddly, Eagles make playoffs. I don't think either team has their QB.
