Where did you eat? Wharf? Del Monte shopping center? You have to drive directly past one of my customers to get to Pebble Beach.I don’t think you have either. I certainly don’t think you broke 100. And really does that really make much a difference?
I went to the Master’s of Food wine event for about 12 years and the the Pebble Beach Food & Wine event for 3. So, I’ve ben there enough times to know my way around and know the places to eat. Doesn’t seem like you do. Interesting.

Should I have asked what restaurants?......lol. I found the Old Fisherman's Grotto and Domenico's on the wharf are really good as is Lalla Grill in the Del Monte shopping center.Um, yeah, sure.

Shit for brains, my customers and I would usually eat at the Lodge at Pebble Beach or the Inn at Spanish Bay. Happy now, fuckly? If someone has been to a very nice location such as the Monterey/Carmel area they usually know the better places to eat. Especially when they are on the company or a company’s dime. And guys who brag about the courses they play are usually the same assholes who brag about the places they ate and wines they drank. There are some pretty good wines made from the Santa Cruz Mtns., Monterey and the Santa Lucia Highlands. And some pretty good restaurants, too.
LOve Monterey. Been there about 25 times to golf at Pebble Beach, Spyglass Hills and the most exclusive course in the world: Cypress Point. Also stayed at the exclusive Spanish Bay resort a few times, plus various bed and breakfast in Monterrey and Carmel by the sea. Got many great experiences and true stories I could tell you. What do you want to know about these places?
Here are photos of Cypress Point (most exclusive private club in the world) and Spyglass Hills golf course (which has the highest slope rating for difficulty in the world) I took on one trip. This photo plaque is in my den

BFD chump. I've lost count of how many times I've been invited for a round down there and passed.
I find that region (Mont./Carmel) to be the most overrated tourist trap in the entire state.
That would like be the Wharf in SF or someplace in LA. At least Monterey to Big Sur is beautiful.
Whilst in Big Sur, if you ever have the opportunity, I implore you to spend some time sitting on the outdoor deck of Nepenthe and enjoying their killer burger washed down with Trumer Pilsner watching whales swim by (seasonal) as the sun sets, super legit.

**** off. You are only focused on shoving food in your mouth. I'm focused on all the great courses I have played in America for free. Tell me everything you know about Cypress Point Golf ClubWhich one at Spanish Bay? Oh, nevermind, that should be easy but I really don’t care because I really don’t believe you.
No I’ll be happy when you shut up.
You have never played Cypress Point. Day laborers need not applyBFD chump. I've lost count of how many times I've been invited for a round down there and passed.

Have done Nepenthe and completely agree. Though I believe we drank a Pisoni Pinot. Big Sur bakery is nice. And if you like high end dining Sierra Mar at the Post Ranch Inn. Ventana Inn‘s restaurant was good when we went but I believe they have changed since.
You mis spoke so I fixed it for youI have never played Cypress Point. Day laborers need not apply
Well-played. Sierra Mar is one of the few places where the quality of food matches the world-class views. Though for lodging, we prefer Ventana over Post Ranch.
